Description
Visual artist Stephen Doyle discusses his artwork Dylan Is Ainm Dom... (2018), which was shortlisted for the Zurich Portrait Prize, in a film produced for Culture Night 2020.
The artwork became part of the Crawford Art Gallery collection in 2019 and is thought to be the first in the Irish national collection that openly addresses and acknowledges transgender identity. It was presented to Crawford Art Gallery for the Transgender Community in Ireland.
