Munster LCGN (Lesbian & Gay Community News) was a four page supplement to the Irish GCN (Gay Community News) newspaper. It was produced in The Other Place LGBT Resource Centre in Cork in the 1990s. It was a Wrap Around, placed on the outside, of GCN in Munster and was an insert in the newspaper in the rest of the country.
The October 1992 of Munster GCN includes articles on the government's breach of the European Court and Commission Directives and Judgements by failing to decriminalise homosexuality, a film premiere and review of The Gay Mans Guide to Safer Sex, highlights from the 2nd Irish Lesbian & Gay Film Festival, a recount of Arthur Leahy's speech at a Gala Benefit night for the Cork AIDS Alliance, and a profile on Donnchadh McCarthy.
It includes adverts for The Quay Co-Op, Lynn Collins Estates, Amazonia BnB, Mont Bretia, The Other Place, and Waterstones Booksellers.
