A photograph of Kieran Rose being assaulted by French riot police at the Mexican Embassy Demonstration in Paris, France, during the 14th ILGA World Conference Paris on 12-18 July, 1992. On the 16 July a demonstration was held in front of the Mexican Embassy in protest at the murder of seven gay men, including the head of the Confederation of Mexicans against AIDS. The demonstration was repressed by the police, and nine ILGA delegates were injured.
