Outreach Plan for cruising areas such as Sesame St., Toilets by Nano Nagel Bridge (bomb site), Fitzgerald Park with descriptions of each as a cruising area. Includes a list and description of aims of the outreach project. Also included is a start up plan. Handwritten notes at the end: "possible weekday nights?? Exact dates to start on, Times to start and finish sessions..."
