First page is a Press Release dated 13 February, 1992, and entitled "Condom Sense Campaign - Call for Government Action on Condoms." States the Cork Rape Crisis Centre supports the campaign and "welcomed the statement of the new Minister for Health supporting the urgent action in the fight against AIDS." Name of spokesperson redacted with Tipp-Ex (correction fluid).

Second page is a "Dear Friend" letter by Arthur Leahy, addressed Box 20, 7/8 Augustine Street, Cork. Letterhead reads: "Condom Sense! A common sense approach to sexual health". Requests support in the campaign and states "[w]e need people who are willing to install machines on their premises." Also mentions the "legal implications are laid out in the attached statement from our solicitor", but are not included.
Footer reads: "Dublin Office 746657 P.O. Box 3367".
