Pilot project proposals for Gay HIV Strategies, Unit 12, Fumbally Court, Fumbally Lane, Dublin 8. First page is a letter by Kieran Rose dated 16 January, 1998, and addressed to Pat Mc Loughlin, Programme Manager, Eastern Health Board. Second page is entitled, "The Development of Models of a Partnership-Based and Effective HIV Prevention Strategy and Programme of Action for Saunas in Dublin: Pilot Project Proposals for EHB". Includes an introduction and explains the objectives of the pilot project. Continues on third page with an evaluation and costings. Mentions that "qualitative and quantitative measures will be developed in consultation with Dr. Joe Barry." Date on end of page reads, 15 January, 1998. Fourth page is entitled "Developing an Effective HIV Prevention Programme in Saunas: Proposals for Discussion" and dated October 1997. Fifth page is a table of contents. Sixth page is an introduction with starting-points and themes. Seventh page discusses medium term goals and short-term objectives. Continues on eight page. Ninth page is entitled, "A Review of the Psychological and Social Factors Relevant to HIV Prevention Among Gay Men" by Dr Pat Gibbons, MB, MRCPsych.
