Booklet containing keynote speeches given by Martin Eede, chief executive of the Terence Higgins Trust and Axel Krause, of Deutsche Aids-Hilfe. Speeches were delivered at the NOVOAH [Network of Voluntary Organisations in AIDS/HIV] conference held on 1-3 September 1989 at Birmingham University. Includes notes supplied by five of the workshop leaders: "Management in young groups (Richard Goodman), "1-0-1 of AIDS" (Joy Rolston), "Old Hacks" (Jane Springburn), "Developing our Resources" (Hilary Dixon) and "Key Resources" (Caroline Hopper). Also includes notes from the plenary session, "'The Way Forward': What do we as members or friends of NOVOAH, need to do next year?" and results from the analysis of evaluation forms delegates were requested to complete.
