Discusses access to condoms to help prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. Mentions the national campaign by 'Condom Sense' - "a new group which has strong representation in Cork" and how "[n]ew Minister for Health Dr John O'Connell is to come under pressure from his own party's youth wing, Ógra Fianna Fáil to back moves for greater access to condoms".
