A photograph of Arthur Leahy (groundfloor, near window), David (Davy) Nevin (on ladder) and Dominic Carroll (looking out the window) working on the renovation of the Quay Co-op building on 24 Sullivan's Quay in Cork city, prior to its opening in May 1982. The building was in poor repair and the work of renovating it was done by community activists. The Quay Co-op housed a vegetarian cafe, food co-op, bookshop, meeting rooms and a Women's Place.
