Provides background information, initial aims, and mini-reports of meetings held to date, as follows: dates 4 September, 1989; 29 September, 1989; no record of October meeting; 27 October, 1989; 13 December 1989; 31 January 1990; 7 March 1990; 5 April 1990. Report from 27 October, 1989 references "the idea of appointing a full-time worker to deal specifically with the area of AIDS Education." Reports also mention discussion about the "Graffiti play".
