Letter written by Geoff Steiner-Scott, Principal of Crawford College of Art and Design, Sharman Crawford Street, Cork. Dated 17 February 1992 and addressed to Ms. Elaine Garde, President of Students' Union, Crawford College of Art & Design. Discusses the installation of "contraceptive vending machines" by the Students' Union in the Crawford College of Art and Design. States that "college cannot allow college premises to be used for illegal activities" and directs union "to remove the machines forthwith and make good any damage caused to college property." Threatens union that "the college will take appropriate action" if machines are not removed and damage made good. Signed Geoff Steiner-Scott and C.C. [Carbon Copy] Mr. R. Langford CEO.
