States that Irish Family Planning Association was established 1969.
Second page is "From the Editors Desk", a piece entitled "A Matter of Life and Death" by Jon O'Brien, Manager of Information and Education. Discusses "proposed condom bill" that will determine condom accessibility. Second piece is entitled "Condoms? Ask the Experts" by Dick Ahlstrom, from the Irish Times, dated 13 March 1991. Provides 5 facts about condoms.
Third page is an article by Catherine Forde B.L., Co-Chairperson of IFPA entitled "Will The Condom Bill Work?" Mentions about "the conviction of the IFPA for the unlawful sale of a condom and the resulting public outcry". References Charles Haughey's description of the law on condoms as "very outdated and unsatisfactory".
