This photograph appeared alongside a statement of support in the month of June section of The LGBT+ Traveller & Roma Calendar 2022. Statement reads: "I am proud to be a Traveller and proud to be a LGBT Traveller ally. Being an ally is all about celebrating the diversity in our community and seeing that it makes us stronger." CTWN is a community development project/organisation fully led by Traveller women working for Traveller's rights, leadership, culture and heritage. CTWN brings together a collaborative network of Traveller women's groups in Cork. CTWN has a base at the Triskel Arts Centre and provides a space for Traveller women to support each other and work together on changing issues affecting their lives.
