Letter addressed to: David Carroll (AIDS Help West), Martin O'Sullivan (Red Ribbon Project), Ronan Watters (Southern Gay Health Project) and David Wyse (City Clinic) including copies of updated questionnaire. Questionnaire divided into sections A to I, with a number of questions in each section.
