Minutes of meeting for Gay HIV strategies, dated 3 December, 1997, and a draft review of the work plan. First page is a letter "To all board members" by Kieran Rose. Letterhead reads, "Gay HIV Strategies" and is addressed "Unit 12, Fumbally Court, Fumbally Lane, Dublin 8". Dated 8 December, 1997. States that the next Board meeting is "provisionally set for 21st January" and the Department of Health will be invited to discuss the review of the work plan. Second page is minutes of meeting. States that Chris Robson, Eoin Collins, Pat Gibbsons and Kieran Rose were present. Third, fourth and fifth page are the draft review of the work plan. Covers project set-up, H.B.'s [Health Boards] progress, influencing other policy and programmes, capacity building (RE HIV Prevention) of Gay Community, EU Funding Policy, and communication.
