Article entitled "How Outreach Works". States that the AIDS Resource Centre was established in 1989 as the Eastern Health Board's HIV Prevention Unit. A full range of care and treatment services were also developed. Outreach Counsellors are part of this service. How Outreach works. States that, "Outreach is an effective means of contacting those at risk of HIV infection who may not have been in contact with other services." Content of Outreach. HIV education. Conclusion.
