National AIDS Strategy Committee (NASC) reports and recommendations of the Sub-Committee of the National Strategy Committee on care and management of persons with HIV/AIDS, HIV/AIDS surveillance (Interim Report), Education and prevention strategies, and measures to avoid discrimination against persons with HIV/AIDS. Adopted by the main committee on 13 April, 1992. "GLEN" is written on top right-hand corner of front cover. States that the committee decided to target the following groups with specific interventions: general public, young people, young emigrants, drug users, homosexuals/men who have sex with men/bisexuals, prostitutes, health staff, prisoners and ex-offenders.
