First page, verso: A Dream. References Dr. Jerry Friedland's dream that New York had died: "There were no people any more. A.I.D.S. had killed them all." The Fourth Horse. Fulfilment. Future Prospects. Centre panel: The Cause. States that, "[t]he blame lies entirely with homosexuals and the generally immoral people. This is THE PLAGUE OF THE IMMORAL because, apart from the infected blood by an accident or otherwise, the clean-living, moral person has NOTHING TO FEAR from A.I.D.S." Sodom. Today. Choosing Death. States that "San Francisco is the A.I.D.S. CAPITAL OF THE WORLD." Recto: Choosing Death. God's Judgement is Sure.

Second page, verso: Drug Addicts. Any Hope of Escape. Take Heed.
