Second page discusses discrimination. Notes that "there is now a growing and more confident lesbian/gay movement." States that, "[s]ince 1976 there has been a local branch of the Irish Gay Rights movement which provides social facilities at the Phoenix Club. A telephone information and advice service is operated from the Phoenix Club." Also notes that "Cork organised the first National Gay Conference in 1981" and active in the Trade Unions.
Third page mentions the commencement "to organise a broad-based lesbian and gay community project." Includes a list of aims. Also includes a list of contacts: Lesbian Collective, Gay Collective, Irish Gay Rights Movement, Gay Switchboard and Bookshop.
