Letter to Charles Silverstein (American writer, therapist and gay activist) from Emmett Farrell, dated 7 July, 1995. Letterhead reads, "Lesbians & Gay Resource Centre C/O 8 South Main Street, Cork." Discusses Dr Silverstein's visit to Cork, Ireland. Devising of "an initial schedule" for "Thursday the 3rd August". Proposal of 3 events: presentation by Dr Silverstein to an invited group of psychotherapists; an open forum at the local Lesbian and Gay centre, with proposed title for open forum event , "Sexuality and Relationships in the Age of AIDS"; and "[a] dinner hosted by the project to allow for a round-table discussion with a small group (about 8 participants) gay men active in health and community development in the Cork area." Concludes with a recommendation for gay-friendly accommodation at Jury's Inn, Anderson's Quay, Cork City.
