Description
A photograph of Dominic Carroll, Joe [Lynch?] and an unnamed lesbian working on the renovation of the Quay Co-op on 24 Sullivan's Quay in Cork prior to its opening in May 1982. The building was in poor repair and the work of renovating it was done by community activists. The Quay Co-op housed a vegetarian cafe, food co-op, bookshop, meeting rooms and a Women's Place.
