Leaflet entitled "Being Positive - A Guide to HIV for parents and partners", published by Irish Frontliners and the Dublin Body Positive Group, Avoca House, 189-193 Parnell Street, Dublin 1. . First page, after cover page, explains what this leaflet is about, which is to offer suggestions in how to care for someone close who has been infected with HIV, and how to look after oneself during this difficult time. Advice for Family and Friends. The fear of infection. Second page discusses the virus, living with the virus, ways of coping and confidentiality. Third page provides information about good standards of household and personal cleanliness, and gives guidance about sex to sexual partners. Fourth page covers positive living and further help. Also notes that this booklet was funded by monies raised from Irish AIDS Day.
