The Criminal Justice Bill was a proposed legislation which would have given the guards and the courts a lot of power. It stemmed from attempting to clamp down on Republican groups. Many people felt it would undermine their civil rights and opposed it. Pictured are Arthur Leahy and Casey Adi Roche
